Jackson, Dunham, Sato and Associates, LLC, is a consulting firm specializing in Federal and State healthcare
program integrity, regulatory enforcement and compliance activities. Our staff has many years of experience
in the healthcare field and is comprised primarily of retired Health & Human Services (HHS), Office
of Inspector General (OIG), or Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) employees with managerial experience
in auditing and providing investigative support on HHS healthcare programs including Medicare and Medicaid.

JDS Veterans
Our current work includes audits and investigations on the Unified Program Integrity
contract award to Qlarant for the UPIC Southwest and UPIC West contracts. Our work continues
in the Medicare Part D MEDIC contract that includes investigations of Part C and D under the I-MEDIC
contract and audits under the MEDIC audit contract. These two contracts have been in existence
since 2005. The contracts that were under the Medicaid Integrity Contract (MIC) have since been
incorporated in the new UPIC contracts.
